Mindfulness guides us from earthly desires to profound love, and from love to deep prayer. This journey is a beautiful inner transformation. Your soul, your divine core, connects to the universal divine. Mindfulness is my catalyst on this path to Kaivalya or Moksha. 

I am sharing my new poem today: What is Sex? What is Supreme Consciousness? But you should also see another poem: “What is Love?”

What is Sex? (A Poem) 

When eating is normal, 

When drinking is normal, 

When sleeping is normal, 

When peeing and pooping are normal, 

Why not Sex? 

Sex out of lust is sex. 

Sex out of love is love. 

Sex is lower energy. 

Love is higher energy. 

Prayer is the highest. 

Kama is as important as Rama. 

Vatsayana is as important as Vashishtha. 

Sex is at the Muladhara. 

Supreme Consciousness is at the Sahasrara. 

Muladhara to Sahasrara is a transformation. 

Your Soul is Divine. 

And hence Atma Pooja Upanishad. 

Lust transforms into Love. 

Love transforms into Prayer. 

Your Atman and my Atman are not two. 

And both are embedded in the Brahman.

The following four equations are very important. They can guide us in this transformation:

Lust + Sex = Sex,

Love + Sex = Love,

Lust + Mindfulness = Love,

Love + Mindfulness = Prayer.

Do not hate desire. There is nothing wrong with desire. With right mindfulness, desire can lead you to Divinity. Your rotten monks have told you that the desire is devilish. No, it isn’t. The journey from lust to love to prayer is an inner transformation. Your Atman (Soul) is your Divine center, connected to the Universal Divine center. Mindfulness is your catalyst on this journey. That union is Kaivalya or Moksha.
